Film "I Love You From 38.000 Feet" akan menceritakan tentang seorang wanita yang bernama Aletta (Michelle Ziudith), seorang cewek jomblo keturunan ningrat yang sifatnya ceria dan berjiwa petualang. Suatu saat ia diberikan izin untuk pergi berlibur kebali sendirian.
Didalam perjalanan pesawat, Aletta bertemu dengan pria ganteng bernama Arga (Rizky Nazar), yang tiba-tiba duduk di sebelahnya saat pesawat itu terbang 38.000 kaki, kehadirannya membuat Alletta sedikit lega karena gangguan dari seorang cowok alay.
